The association launched the “Makers of Smiles” initiative in the city of 10th of Ramadan under the slogan “Dream, Joy, Hope.” It aims to support families and local communities, and to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals through community development and service activities that enhance the quality of life and provide social support to beneficiaries.

The association, in cooperation with the Arab Businesswomen's Union, launched the "Your Entity" initiative to empower women economically and provide them with employment in the most needy areas. This was achieved through the establishment of small and micro-enterprises, such as ready-made garment factories in the Sharqia Governorate, where hundreds of women were trained and employed, transforming them from unemployed to productive businesswomen with sustainable income.
