The “Kayanak” Economic Empowerment Initiative: “Training for Employment”

The association, in cooperation with the Arab Investors Union, Initiative launched the "Kayank" with the aim of economically empowering womenby establishing small and micro-enterprises and employing them in the most underprivileged areas,by establishing small and micro-enterprises such as ready-made garment factories in the Sharkia Governorate,where hundreds of women have been trained and employed to transform them from unemployment into productive entrepreneurs with sustainable income..

Objectives of the Initiative:

• Training women on productive skills.
• Providing real job opportunities.
• Supporting female breadwinners to achieve economic independence.
• Marketing their products locally and internationally.
